Data (number of assessors N, correct/selected count X)
Decision logic (GB/T 10220)
· Triangle test: random-guess probability p=1/3; paired comparison p=1/2.
· Significance: one-sided binomial cumulative P(X or more) ≤ α implies a significant sensory difference between the two samples / processes.
· Ranking test: enter the number of assessors, number of samples, and rank sum per sample; a Friedman two-way rank test is run automatically. Use the Kramer table for pairwise comparisons when needed.
