What is an AI credit?
One credit pays for one AI action — for example asking for an interpretation of your Cpk result, or drafting the "Root cause" section of an 8D report. Calculations themselves never consume credits: the calculators are free to run as often as you like.
Do my AI credits expire or reset?
No. Credits are a one-time grant. They never expire, they are not reset at the end of the month or the year, and any unused balance carries over indefinitely.
If I renew Pro next year, do I get new credits?
Renewal keeps your tool access and AI features active for another year; it does not add credits. Your original 1,500 credits remain in your balance until you use them. If you need more, you can buy a credit top-up at any time without changing your plan.
What is the difference between Pro and Lifetime?
Pro is an annual subscription: one payment per year keeps all tools and AI features unlocked. Lifetime is a single payment of $299 that gives you permanent access to the tools — there is nothing to renew afterwards. Both include a one-time AI credit grant.
How many people can use one account?
Free, Pro and Lifetime are single-user licences. Team includes 5 seats that share one credit pool. If you need more seats, contact us and we will quote a custom plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which supports major credit and debit cards and automatically handles VAT / sales tax and invoicing for your region. Prices shown are in USD.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — contact us within 14 days of your purchase if the tools do not work for you and we will refund it. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do you store my measurement data?
No. All calculations run locally in your browser; your measurement data is not uploaded to our servers. Only the AI interpretation request is sent, and only when you explicitly ask for it.
Do you offer invoices for companies?
Yes. Every payment generates a VAT-compliant invoice automatically, issued by our merchant of record. You can enter your company name and tax ID at checkout.
