6SQ Tools ("we", "us") is operated by yu zhongdong. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit 6sq.com, use our tools, or buy a plan. For questions, contact dragonair@163.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: your email address and the plan you choose (Free / Pro / Lifetime / Team) and, for Team plans, seat assignments.
• Usage data: which tools you use and how many AI credits you have consumed, stored as aggregate counts for service operation.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our merchant of record (Paddle). We do not receive or store your card number or full billing details.
• Communication: the content of emails you send us.

Your calculation data stays on your device. Values you type into our calculators (measurements, sample data, 8D text, etc.) are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We never receive the raw inputs you enter for a calculation.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data above to: provide and secure the Service; authenticate your account; enforce plan limits (AI credits and seats); respond to your requests; and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal Bases (for EEA users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, we rely on the following lawful bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract to provide the Service you request; legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service; and consent for optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. Payment records are retained by our merchant of record according to its own policy and applicable law.

Because we serve users worldwide, your data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied in line with applicable data-protection law.

We use a minimal set of cookies / local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then require re-authentication.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; and data portability.
