The agreement between you and 6SQ Tools when you use our website, tools and paid plans.

By accessing or using 6SQ Tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6SQ Tools provides a collection of online quality and Six Sigma calculators and helpers. The current tools include:

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. One person may hold one free account; paid plans may include multiple seats as described on the Pricing page.
We offer the following plans (prices in USD):
AI credits are one-time. Credits are granted when you purchase a plan and are not reset, do not expire, and any unused balance carries over. Renewing a subscription (Pro / Team) renews your tool access only — it does not grant new credits; your existing credit balance remains on your account.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles card payment, tax (VAT / sales tax) and invoicing for your region. Prices shown are exclusive of any such tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) share paid credentials or seats beyond the licensed number; (d) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; or (e) use AI features to generate misleading or unlawful output.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by 6SQ Tools or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Reports and outputs you generate belong to you; you may use them for your own personal or business purposes. The 6SQ name and logo are trademarks of 6SQ Tools.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Calculation results and AI-generated interpretations are for informational and decision-support purposes only and are not a substitute for professional engineering, statistical, or legal judgment. You are solely responsible for verifying any result before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6SQ Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The operator of 6SQ Tools is yu zhongdong. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
